Staffed to the work. Calibrated to the scope.

Teams are built for what the work needs, and the scope sets the timeline.

How it works

Start with the Diagnostic, align the scope, form the team.

The Diagnostic comes first. Free, about twenty minutes, and the readout is yours whatever you decide next. It shows where the friction sits across strategy, platform and production.

We scope from what it finds. The friction points at specific work. We agree what runs, and in what order, before anyone commits.

We staff a team to that work. A blend of the skills the work actually needs, drawn from strategy, brand and content, technology and operations, and sales. Fractional, not full time.

The scope sets the timeline. We agree it before the work starts, and calibrate as the work moves rather than letting it drift.

What it costs

Standard teams run $3,500 a week.

The mix is built for the work: strategy, brand and content, technology and operations, sales. Whichever of those the scope calls for, in the proportions it calls for, changing as the work moves across the layers. Fractional throughout, not full time.

Work that finishes is priced in weeks. Four is a focused piece of work. Twelve is a substantial build. You see the timeline, and the total, before you sign.

Work that does not finish is priced monthly. Demand programs, deal support and account growth run as long as you want them running, so no one can scope a year of them in advance. That work is held by a standing team on a monthly retainer. A standing team is lighter than a project team, because it is holding a rhythm rather than driving a build.

Lighter and heavier configurations exist in both shapes. We do not bill by the hour, and if the work runs long, that is ours to absorb.

What you are paying for

Human orchestration, agentic execution.

Our people set the architecture, make the calls, run the work and judge whether it is right. The agents carry volume beneath that: drafting, modeling, analysis, production at a pace a small team could not reach on its own.

That is why the team stays small and the work moves quickly. What does not compress is the judgment, and that is the part you are engaging.
