Revenue Architecture Diagnostic

This questionnaire should take 20-30 minutes to complete.

The objective is to prepare for a more detailed discussion about growth strategies, issues and opportunities. By focusing on each of the 12 dimensions, one at a time, we can identify specific gaps and opportunity. After you complete the questionnaire, we collate the results and review them with you in a Diagnostic Workshop. If multiple people from your firm complete the diagnostic, we can also highlight differences in your team member's views about growth opportunities.

INSTRUCTIONS
There are 12 dimensions of a Revenue Architecture and we ask you to rate yourself on 4 factors for each one. Rate your firm's capability on a 1-10 scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree) for each of these factors.

For each of the 12 dimensions, please also indicate how important it is that you take action and feel free to comment about specific issues you want to address or actions that you feel are needed. These priorities will form the basis for the workshop.
