John C. Stone III, Managing Partner & CEO
Mr. Stone is the founder and CEO of Revenue Architects – a services firm that helps clients build innovation and new architectures for revenue growth. Prior to starting Revenue Architects, John was President of CrossTech Partners, a digital marketing agency, and held leadership posts at PA Consulting, Viant (digital business), AT&T and IBM. At CrossTech (now The Pulse Network), John’s team designed innovative digital marketing technologies and helped launch the Inbound Marketing Summit. At PA Consulting, John led strategy, IT, marketing, and sales engagements globally. As a member of the start-up team at Viant, John led business development, helping grow the business to over $1B in market capitalization. John began his career as an IBM “golden circle” sales executive, branch manager and management consultant where he built the award winning “Analyzer” – a sales ROI modeling tool used globally by the IBM sales force.
Mr. Stone’s clients include B2B technology and services companies, financial services, and life-sciences. He is a featured speaker on revenue strategy, digital marketing, social media with Charles Schwab, NAPFA, PlanADVISER, HighMark Funds, OPEI, ITEC, Gilbane, Inbound Marketing Summit and MIT Sloan Symposiums.
John holds a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and attended executive education programs at Wharton and the Harvard Business School. John lives in Cambridge, MA and Greensboro, Vermont and is President of the Greensboro Association. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and enjoys the outdoors, golf, skiing, sailing.
Judy Gern, Senior Client Partner and Strategic Agenda Leader

Judy Gern is a marketing strategist and innovator who helps brands drive new customer acquisition and revenue through insight-driven, ROI-focused strategies. Judy was founder and CEO of Adroit Interactive, a pioneering dynamic display advertising platform used by Barack Obama’s 2008 Presidential Campaign, and by leading brands such as ESPN, P&G, Verizon Wireless and their agencies. In 2010, Adroit was acquired by MediaMath, which was recently named the winner of the first Forrester Research Wave report on Demand Side Platforms.
Prior to founding Adroit, Judy was VP, Account Director at Carat, where she launched the Vonage brand online and developed acquisition strategies that led to explosive growth of the customer base, from 7,000 to over 400,000 customers in less than 2 years. Judy joined Carat from Vizium, a digital marketing agency which she co-founded and was acquired by Carat in 2001. Prior to Vizium, Judy was a founding employee and General Manager of TECHMAR Communications, a CRM services and technology firm, and previously held management positions at Epsilon and Young & Rubicam.
Most recently, Judy was Director of Conversion Marketing at Constant Contact, where she led the team responsible for trial-to-pay conversion, cross-sell, ARPU growth and retention for more than 500,000 small business customers. Under her watch, conversion rates rose to their highest level in the company’s history, ARPU growth doubled, and retention programs contributed $4.8M to revenue.
Today, Judy is a strategy consultant for Vocus, and is on the Board of Advisors of AdXcel, developers of the first integration between rich media and real-time advertising in the AppNexus App Marketplace.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.

John is a Client Partner at Revenue Architects focused on developing marketing strategies for SMB clients that drive awareness and increase top line revenue. John has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of areas such as digital marketing strategy, business development, technology evaluation and implementation, and strategic alliances.
Prior to joining the Revenue Architects team, John was the Principal and Founder of The Small BizNest, a consulting practice specializing in the development online marketing ecosystems for startups and small businesses. John has built successful programs for startups such as Grasshopper.com, The Resumator and OfficedDrop where he developed demand generation best practices that drove exponential growth. John is very active within the SMB community globally and understands the challenges of taking a business to the next level.
John began his career with some of the largest technology companies in the world such as Microsoft, IBM and Akamai where he held various marketing and channel development positions.
John has a BS in Marketing from Northeastern University. John is an avid runner and enjoys playing golf, fishing, hiking and coaching his three children in soccer, basketball and softball.
Bruce Rhodes, Client Partner
Mr. Rhodes is a marketing leader who drives revenue through product and channel innovation and analysis in B2B and B2C environments. Bruce brings extensive experience in product development, audience development customer acquisition and lead generation for publishers, data and information providers and financial services companies.
Bruce’s particular skills are in transforming businesses by optimizing marketing mix with inbound and more traditional outbound initiatives and campaigns. Bruce is adept at managing major product and marketing initiatives and leading cross-functional teams that surpass ambitious business objectives. Philip Rogers, Client Partner, Digital Marketing and SMB Expert
Phil is a Client Partner at Revenue Architects and the CEO of Revenizer, a sister company. Prior to joining the Revenue Architects team, Phil was the Principal and Founder of Endeavour Advisory and held leadership posts at Workstream and The Robbins Company. At Workstream, Phil led a project to revitalize and create a separate digital presence for the company’s largest division. Prior to Workstream, Phil was member of the executive team at The Robbins Company, where he led sales and business development and brought to market a new software as a service technology platform. He began his career by founding an award-winning international marketing company with offices in New York and Auckland New Zealand.
Mr. Rogers’s clients include a range of consumer goods, information technology, and professional services firms. He is a featured writer on digital marketing, social media and US market entry with articles published in leading business publications including Unlimited Magazine (New Zealand), Anthill Magazine (Australia) and Springboard Magazine (UK).
Phil holds a MBA from Boston University where he graduated with high honors and has a Masters in Law from Victoria University in New Zealand. He enjoys running and sailing.

Thérèse approaches projects from the vantage of creative, innovative and agile solutions to growth. She thrives and applies what the confluence of media, marketing and technology enable in the digital, interactive, rich media and increasingly mobile, on-demand, real-time communications landscape – where relationship and partnership marketing B2C & B2B holds ever greater importance.
Thérèse began her career at NBC in New York, has experience spearheading successful new intre-preneurial and entrepreneurial ventures in traditional/digital media & technology, sports, lifestyle, retail and health and financial services arenas. She has worked in major corporations, start-ups and SMBs, including NBC News, IMG Interactive Media, Spire.com, JBC Golf, SkinHealth. Thérèse advises start-ups, financial advisors, professional services firms and SMBs with digital marketing strategy, technology solutions, market intelligence and business development and transformation services and has worked and formed strategic partnerships (b-to-b and b-to-c) with premier brands, media and technology companies online and cross-platform.
