John C. Stone III, Managing Partner & CEO
Mr. Stone is the Managing Partner and CEO of Revenue Architects. Prior to founding Revenue Architects, John was the President of CrossTech Partners and held leadership posts at PA Consulting Group, Viant, AT&T Solutions and IBM. At CrossTech, John designed an innovative digital marketing and event technology platform and helped launch a social media agency. At PA Consulting, John managed strategy, information technology, closed-loop marketing, and sales excellence engagements globally. Prior to PA, John was member of the start-up team at Viant, a leading digital business consultancy where he led global sales and grew the business to over $1B in market capitalization. John began his career at IBM as a top-performing sales and marketing executive, branch manager and management consultant. John created the award winning “Analyzer” ROI modeling tool for the global sales organization.
John’s clients include a range of wealth management, financial services, life-sciences, information technology, and professional services firms. He is a featured speaker on digital marketing, social media, sales excellence and web technology at leading events and conferences including with Charles Schwab, MFS, NAPFA, PlanADVISER, HighMark Funds, OPEI, ITEC, Gilbane and MIT Sloan Symposiums.
John holds a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and has attended a series of sponsored executive education programs at The Wharton School and Harvard Business School. John also serves as President of the Greensboro Association in Vermont. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and enjoys the outdoors, golf, skiing, and sailing.
Roy Satterthwaite, Managing Partner, West Coast
Roy is a Revenue Architects Managing Partner and leads the west coast practice. Roy brings a highly diverse range of executive management and consulting experience from leading companies like IBM, Gartner Group, Commerce One and Bling Software.
Roy brings a background as a versatile, high energy executive with cross discipline expertise including product management, product marketing, business development & sales, IT project management, and systems engineering. His professional focus has been maximizing top-line growth with leading mobile web & mobile marketing, software as a service, and enterprise platform & applications businesses.
Roy earned his MBA from Columbia University.
Philip Rogers, Client Partner
Phil is a Client Partner at Revenue Architects. Prior to Revenue Architects, Phil was the Principal and Founder of Endeavour Advisory and held leadership posts at Workstream and The Robbins Company. At Workstream, Phil led a project to revitalize and create a separate digital presence for the company’s largest division. Prior to Workstream, Phil was member of the executive team at The Robbins Company, where he led sales and business development and brought to market a new software as a service technology platform. He began his career by founding an award-winning international marketing company with offices in New York and Auckland New Zealand.
Mr. Rogers’s clients include a range of consumer goods, information technology, and professional services firms. He is a featured writer on digital marketing, social media and US market entry with articles published in leading business publications including Unlimited Magazine (New Zealand), Anthill Magazine (Australia) and Springboard Magazine (UK).
Phil holds a MBA from Boston University where he graduated with high honors and has a Masters in Law from Victoria University in New Zealand. He enjoys running and sailing.
Nan Hill, Marketing Program Manager
Nan Hill is a seasoned marketing consultant based in Boston. Nan works with companies ranging from mid-market to Global 1000 with a particular focus on B2B sales and marketing integration. Her client focus spans from strategic planning to marketing and sales automation, content creation and campaign execution.
Nan’s particular expertise includes: Marketing planning and demand generation strategies, solution messaging and voice of the customer, inbound marketing, B2B lead generation, sales cycle marketing, database projects, marketing and sales force automation (CRM), closed-loop marketing execution and analysis, value proposition, sales and marketing messaging for content and copy.
Karen Salama, Digital Strategist
Karen brings more than 10 years experience in the online/digital industry. Clients include: The Dreamalings (a children’s education start-up), HealthiNation, an art advisory firm and a virtual museum start (working name: Museum Without Walls). Karen was previously a Vice President at Weber Shandwick public relations. As a leader of the digital division, Karen helped develop and create screengrab, the global social, interactive and emerging media practice. Karen helped shape the division and its operations, helped expand the group’s capabilities and offerings and built partnerships with several key social media experts and companies. Through a joint venture, she was also responsible for increasing the overall functionality of the digital tools used in the industry.
Throughout her ten years in digital, Karen managed a variety of clients including BET.com (Black Entertainment Television), Saks Fifth Avenue, Estee Lauder, American Express, International Center of Photography, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi-Aventis, Unilever, Siemens, Colombian Coffee Federation, Intercontinental Hotel Group, General Motors and a New York favorite, Gracious Home, to name just a few.
Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and received a post graduate degree in the history of art from Sotheby’s-London.
Lee Genung, Marketing Consultant
Lee is an experienced marketing consultant and a member of the core team at Revenue Architects. Lee is based in Stowe, Vermont and works with clients both locally and internationally. Lee’s client work is focused on growing the top line with new media and digital marketing strategies. She brings a particular expertise in executing social media and digital strategy campaigns that support marketing agendas. Specialties include: Marketing planning and Strategy, Social Media Marketing,Digital Marketing, Financial Advisor Marketing, Marketing Program Management,Content development, Messaging and Writing.
Matt Boynton, Marketing Consultant
Matt Boynton is a marketing consultant with Revenue Architects and brings diverse web marketing strategy experience. He has launched comprehensive web marketing and thought leadership development initiatives with new ventures, professional services firms, and publicly-traded companies. He has worked in new venture consulting, web development and online marketing, and thought leadership development. He has a degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
