Revenue Grader – Marketing Diagnostic Tool

We use the Revenue Grader as part of our Revenue Strategy services – you can too. Revenue Grader is a free web-based tool that can help you and your team get started with a sales and marketing diagnostic and a top-down prioritized plan.

  • Self-paced tool that can help you assess your revenue performance potential
  • Allows you to score yourself (1-5) and add items to plan as well as prioritize
  • The 50 question Revenue Grader takes 30-40 minutes to complete (you can save and return)
  • It is a great tool to work with as a team and align around the self assessment and priorities
  • Following the grader diagnostic, you can develop a detailed plan for priority dimensions.
