Rory is a seasoned User Experience professional with the proven ability to lead a team through all phases of interactive development and to create successful online experiences that improve customer acquisition and retention. Her expertise in managing complex projects across multiple channels has allowed me to build experiences in many industries, including retail, financial services, healthcare, and consulting.
