Sarah Fay, Strategic Advisor

Sarah Fay is a veteran of the media services industry: in her two decades of experience, she has developed and implemented groundbreaking new models for advertising and media. Over the course of her career, Sarah has become a well-known voice in the advertising industry on the topics of digital marketing and media integration. She has helped to build one of the most recognized digital companies in the world through a combination of acquisitions, new business wins, and organic growth.

In her role as President of Carat Interactive and then President of Isobar, Sarah orchestrated the successful acquisitions and merging of several companies including Lot21, Vizium, Freestyle Interactive, Molecular, iProspect, Ammo and Bluestreak. Sarah is also responsible for launching Isobar Mobile, a highly regarded mobile marketing entity.

An industry thought leader, Sarah initiated several ground breaking studies including “Born to Be Wired” (2003), which examined rapidly increasing internet use by teens, and “Never Ending Friending” (2007), which considered the increasingly vital role of social networking as a component of social behavior and also calculated marketing ROI for Social Marketing campaigns. Sarah has been widely quoted in such sources as Ad Age, Ad Week, DM News, B2B Magazine, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Additionally, Sarah regularly addresses audiences at major marketing conferences and participates on a number of company and industry boards.

Richard Sills, Strategic Advisor

Richard Sills is corporate senior vice president and general manager of CA Services. He is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of CA’s technology. Sills is a member of the company’s senior leadership team, which focuses on executing the company’s strategy.

Sills leads the company's "Rapid Time-to-Value" strategy, which designs and delivers services-based solutions that help CA customers realize immediate value from their CA investments. His responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, oversight of worldwide services architecture, development, marketing and customer education for CA’s products.

Sills was previously corporate senior vice president, CA Services for the Americas region. He joined the company in 2002 as senior vice president, CA Services, Strategy and Practice Management; in this role he developed the strategy, systems, methods, processes and best practices to improve the customer experience and increase CA Services’ field efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to CA, Sills ran a successful global practice at Unisys Corporation focused on the provision of consulting, solutions, implementation and support services for Global 100 financial services organizations. Sills held a number of leadership positions at Unisys including vice president, Sales and Services Operations and director, Enterprise Servers and Infrastructure Solutions.

Nicholas Ventresca, Strategic Advisor

Nicholas Ventresca joined Charles River Laboratories in April 2006 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Ventresca brings with him an extensive international background which includes a strong combination of CIO and functional IT responsibility. Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Ventresca was Vice President, Business Technology for Pfizer, Inc. He also served as CIO of Warner-Lambert’s Schick & Wilkinson Sword group and CTO of Pepsi-Cola International.


Mr. Ventresca holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Fordham University and studied medicine at the University of Rome.

John C. Stone III, Founder and CEO

Mr. Stone is the founder of Revenue Architects, a consulting group focused on helping clients capture customer value with innovative marketing and sales. In this role, John provides general management as well as management consulting, facilitation and solution services. His clients include Putnam Investments, Natixis Global Advisors, Charles Schwab, Pfizer, Titleist, CERA, Bain Capital Ventures, Pearson Education as well as a range of small and mid-sized companies. John is a featured speaker on new marketing strategy, including social media, emerging technology and sales 2.0 at leading events and conferences including The Gilbane Conference, Schwab Impact, OPEI, ITEC Series and the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium.

John is an expert in the application of digital strategy for business advantage. Prior to starting Revenue Architects, John held senior leadership roles with CrossTech Partners, PA Consulting, Viant, AT&T and IBM. As President of CrossTech Partners, John launched the go-to-market model and architected an innovative digital marketing platform. At PA Consulting, John led consulting engagements globally with leading financial services and life sciences companies and was one of PA's top facilitators for advanced communication, and solution sales workshops. Prior to PA, John was member of the start-up team at Viant, a leading Internet consultancy where he led sales and helped the company reach over $1B in market capitalization. John began his career at IBM as a top-performing marketing and sales executive, branch manager and management consultant.

John holds a BA from the University of Vermont and has attended a series of sponsored executive education programs at The Wharton School and Harvard Business School. He serves on the board of the Greensboro Association (Vermont) and as a business Partner with the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium. He enjoys flying, golf, skiing, sailing and time with family and friends.
